Excellent service.. I travelled from Lucknow to Varanasi. The journey was very comfortable in their Primo bus.. Reached destination before time..

Very nice travel agent. I will give 5/5 star because of the polite nature, cleanliness of bus, timely departure and arrival at the destination. However the fare price is on the higher side but they deliver the excellence so can't complaint much.

The conditions of buses are degrading day by day. The best part was that the bus was on time From Lucknow and reached Jaipur on Time. The worst part of the journey was the condition of buses was not up to the mark. The engine sound was so loud that I couldn't sleep the whole night. The washrooms of these buses are useless. The driver and helper doesn't allow anyone to use the washroom.

Staff behaviour is bad , charging double in festival season after that making passengers to sit in walkway of bus . Lenin are dirty . On jaipur to lucknow route. Not accepted from sethi bus

Bus didn't reached on time , time was given 5:30am but reach at 6:45am, coz of this I missed my train ..... Very poor service and inappropriate behaviour by bus driver . Journey from jaipur to lucknow , bus should start at 8pm but didn't moved till 8:30 pm , when asked driver he told that arrival time at jaipur is 6:30am, when we argue that time is at 5:30am he told it's wrongly mentioned online . This is my worst experience with this driver as I m regular traveling from this bus from lko to jaipur ....

Doesn't inform about inbetween Stopages for 5 minutes refresh ment...? Bus staff is also not announcing this. How a person can continue ten hours journey with out an announced break.
