Great health club/gym. Both, owner and trainer are experienced and professional. Have great knowledge in their field and even catch minute mistakes in your posture, routine or intensity. Even the people around you are dedicated and help you out when they could. Overall vibes is positive and you get motivated by looking at people around you.

One of the best gym of Kotdwara established from a long time and the trainer gives proper guidance to each and every person present there for workout. Perfect for beginners as well as for long term. Addition of new machines and weight from time to time. Well mannerised and taken care of, gym as well as equipments.

I have not seen such well maintained gym with very reasonable fee. gym owner is very supportive and have good knowledge of fitness and workouts.
