This review is for the staff who takes appointments for Dr Rehana. Me & my family is a regular patient of Dr. Rehana and have been going to her since we can't even count. There's this pattern where on the call they will tell us to come and there is less waiting, then suddenly when we go there the doctor goes to Delivery or some emergency and then they make you wait for 45 minutes at least. If we have time we wait cuz we want to meet Dr Rehana, but there are times we leave because we know this is the tactics of Reception people to gather more crowd and then call the Doctor.

Went to take medicine for pitta and Dr (seems to be trainee) gave medicine for cold, fever & allergy without even checking the patient. We explained everything clearly but still this kind of carelessness. Requesting for improvement and strict action on such things.

I am doctor ayesha , Worst hospital ever, the dr sadiq owner of this hospital had abused me he tried to intimate with me worst hospital for female not at all safe for girls to work here no good workplace.

Its after a long thought process. No Doubt that the doctor Mr and Mrs Khan are excellent in their general practice, but our thoughts have changed in terms of Maternity cases. First time we were in Pune and we did not have any idea about consulting other doctors due to TRUST, and we were forced to take a C section. During the second one, we were skeptical as its after 5 years and we were still consulting Mrs. Khan for regular checkup and were informed that the normal delivery is what we are planning and looking fwd to. But all of a sudden we were getting two different information. The attendant says the HRT report is good for normal delivery where as Mr. Khan says that it is abnormal and we need immediate admission for surgery and were told that normal is no way possible. 20th July was the last time I saw the hospital and now after consultation with other doctor I had excellent normal delivery and healthy baby. SO The take from this is anyone looking for Maternity consultation please take second opinion.

Just wow what a experience marry maam is awsome she is very kind and help full just like mother so if you have chance to meet her please do she is best guide for this hospital. Coming to doctors yes they keep follow up and friendly and you will get all care required.........thank you marry maam (mother)

We went to Dr rehana khan with plenty of complications and while coming we had smiling facesThe services that receive from serene hospital is excellent,Dr.rehana mam did a great job , Not only she has taken great care of my wife's health, but also she is lovely to speak and console patient in every appointment. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care and also appreciate the staff over here takes our care like we are at home highly recommend

Treatment : The doctors here are very professional and friendly at the same time, to the point treatment was given and it was great. Dr. Rehana Khan is very talented and good at explaining the causes for the problem. Facilities : good facilities provided by the hospital, each and every kind of Dr's available here. Staff: friendly staff, but they are bit slow.. Keeps patient waiting, not up to the mark trained. Cleanliness : the place kept neat and clean, maintained well. Feedback: look at the patients and their time spent on waiting over there, try to minimize it, else it is a great hospital.

I had a very bad experience with Serene Hospital. I was a regular patient of Dr. Rehena but last time when I visited Serene hospital. She overcharged me and when I asked her the reason for it, she started behaving weirdly and started shouting for no reason. As an Advocate by profession and regular patient of her, I have all the rights to ask her why she is charging me extra. Instead of giving me logical answer she told me this is her fees and when I told her this is wrong, she told me to get lost and started yelling on me. From this review I just wanted to inform everyone that this is how they treat their patient. They only want to make money. I was also warned by one of my colleague about her true nature. There is no proper management, uneducated & rude staff, long queue and no parking space. The medicine she prescribed will only available at the dispensary of hospital at ground floor. I would like to advise everyone please think twice before visiting her.
