Nice experience as always, the staff is very helpful especially Nikhil every time I go to Sephora I make sure I ask for his assistance he has great product knowledge! The product range at this branch is quite decent too.

Humble staff, Snigdha and here manager helped me to find the correct shade of my foundation and got me the best deal as well.

I am regular customer and the products are great, as are some of the salespeople. But often they are very unfriendly, rolling their eyes, almost forcing you to buy products, getting offended if you don't, etc. very impatient and demanding.

These people are not even worth single star. They treat there customers as if they are thief.They look at customers with very wrong wired way. The are spoiling the name of @sephora brand. I m a very loyal customer of sephora canada and I m using sephora store for almost 19years now. But never experienced this. Horrible customer representatives. Need to fix there people who are working there And on the other end when I tried NyKaa store the representative was amazing felt like a customer and not a theif. Please @Sephora ur name is getting spoiled here

Very horrible experience with the sales assistant named Vishwanjali in Sephora Pavilion Mall. Although, I am still not sure about her name as everyone in the store kept quiet when I asked for her name. Later, the manager told me her name as Vishwanjali but I still find it dubious about her actual name. Very arrogant, rude, unprofessional behaviour and attitude towards the customer. No respect for the customers and everyone in the store has their own agenda to treat the customers. No-one even tries to build a genuine relationship with the customer and just forces us to buy more products. In my opinion, your customer is your number one priority and you are obliged to be kind and polite to your customer requirements. This particular sales assistant had a huge argument with us and tried to fool us. Later, when we left the store, this particular girl kept nagging about us to the girl standing next to her while we were just near the entrance . She ill-treated us and then had an audacity to roll her eyes in front of me and didn't even have the manners to apologise. Later, I complained it to the manager and he asked her to apologise to me but then she kept on denying to apologise and later when we crossed checked with the other sales assistant, she accepted that she was nagging about us to her. Very unprofessional staff in this particular store and every one is there to safeguard each other while they fool the customers. Sephora please arrange some training sessions for these unprofessional staff members in one of the most prominent malls in Pune (Sephora Pavilion Mall - Pune )

The best mall in pune, don't enter when crowded...safe place...I visited sephora to buy a gift for my girlfriend, overall brands are okay, but you will find bobbi brown's best collection here, yes bobbi brown...I was overwhelmed by the consultation given by Miss Valencia, that was too good for a place in India. They do have some classy fragrances, n much more. Worth the money that's why 5 stars. Meet Valencia to know more about your skin type and what makeup suits it, when u don't know what to buy...superb
