A well maintained showroom with a good location like the center place of Howrah Maidan area. Sales persons deputed there are not the best or professionals in their duties. I visited this showroom two times and every time saw some of them are enthusiastic in their work but others are not. I saw them wandering but not interested in paying attention to customers. Maybe that is why I saw very limited stock as per my demand and price limit. This opinion is as per my observation others may differ.

The shopping experience was really nice. The sell representatives were really helpful and polite. However one flaw was the products, which are available for online shopping are not available in the showroom. What they were claiming that they do not sell those light weight online jewellery in offline mode. The point is then what is the need of online jewellery selling? Even proposed them to bring in the online jewellery to the showroom and we buy from here, buy they refused. The upper management should think of a proper buisness model before selling it on online mode.
As a loyal and regular customer of Senco, I am deeply disheartened by the regretful experience I recently encountered at howrah maidan branch. Despite my continued support, the service provided by the staff was shockingly poor and fell short of my expectations. Staff was unhelpful, provided inaccurate information and they have no interest in customer satisfaction. Regretful experience.Caution advised.
Senco Gold and Diamond shop has so many showrooms in West Bengal India. Today I was visited Senco Gold and Diamond Howrah showroom which is situated at Howrah Maidan West Bengal India. This senco gold branch is situated at Bangabashi bus stop near howrah maidan. The store has various types of jewellery according to everyones' need and preference. There is various types of jewellery like heavy weight or light weight fancy jewellery. They also have large stock of silver jewellery. The sales girl was very cordial and helped us to choose something according to our taste and budget. Overall we had a great experience while purchasing our jewellery.
Food test was very good but food quantity is not sufficient..
