I wish I could give 0stars to this so-called resort. The pictures are deceiving. And we were deceived too. This has a "resort" word in its name but this isn't a resort. It is more like a 0 star hotel, with very bad rooms. The bathrooms are dirty, broken and not at all maintained. Mattress feels like concrete floor. Food is fine, nothing to be too proud of. Why would one visit a restaurant out of the city, with no particular view, average food. Food availability is also on your luck. They run out of food very often. Just one guy on the reception and he is one man army. For everything the owners have kept just one guy, for booking, for receiving, for queries, for carrying out the luggage. Some of the head staffs in the restaurant are too dumb to even process small orders. In short, even if you are in dire need of staying in a hotel, don't come here please. Waste of money, completely.
The stay at this place was no less of a horror. We caught one hotel staff peeping into our room (we were two ladies put up in one room). Added to this misery was the apathetic behavior of the staff, especially the lady, ironical as it may sound (the owner was however cooperative)...it was only because of the support of the group that we traveled with, we could withstand the stay for one night.
Please do not visit this place especially if you are not in a large family group .
The place could have been better...a good property but not maintained well..when we checked in the superior room were so small that you hardly have moving space. We however moved to a bigger room with added price. Even that room promised of many things that eere lacking. The toilet seat were missing whuch however they fixed.
The food was however good though bit on the other side.
The place have so much potential but lacks the initiative.
Horrible stay at such a nice place, all thanks to the poorly maintained rooms. Dinner was quite good in taste & portion, 8/10. Rooms were promised something and totally bad in reality, 1/10. Few service staff were polite and attentive, but the ones at reception were extremely unprofessional, 2/10. Not recommended at all for stay, look for other hotels nearby. The location is very convenient for 1-2 days trip.

It was a pathetic stay , they had charged us 4.8 k for a room which is smallest room that I have stayed ever. You get to see slum from your window. I don't really understand why they call themselves a star hotel, this should be either called Lodge or Hostel.
They don't have breakfast policy. Room service is pathetic. If you order something, you will forget that you ordered it by the time they deliver.
Bedspreads were not cleaned. Rooms have dim light so that you don't get to see the room is tidy or not.
In this star hotel you could see walls don't have proper paint and there were so much stains on the wall. And in the bathroom the vent is placed where the nets to cover that is cut out in such a way any insects or small birds can reach inside easily.
This place has parking on the road, again star hotel amenities.
I really feel, anyone who has given more than 1 star or relatives or friends of the property owner.
Note: They do have garden, that cannot comfort your stay.
Rooms wer not clean linens were dirty towels were dirty washroom was not clean the room we had booked was 140 sq ft but the room we received was very very small people with claustrophobic would end there life it was so small we had to open the window the entire night to feel better insects were wondering around we kindly suggest in case u want to book room there are many other options which is better than this property. the room was not sanitised there is no proper parking in the property n staffs n not friendly
Good place for some short visit. Not much things to watch but you will get to see grave of all family members of Tipu. The designs of gate and you can pay players at dargah too. For more you can spend some time in gardens. :
The Gumbaz at Srirangapat
A beautifully maintained historical place. Has a vast lawn area which is well maintained. It's the burial place of Tippu Sultan and his family. Entrance is free. Parking available outside.
This places is all about the Tipu sultan's family nd there graves. One can finds the finest architecture which was bulid at that time.
