Hi As I booked water rides and scuba form you for Grand Island. Due to some miscommunication you sent us to Private Malvan. At starting we are very depressed that we need to travel nearly 3hrs to beach but once we were reached we saw those amazing views and our first ride is scuba we enjoyed a lot and our experience is amazing and completed all rides one after other. Overall, our Goa trip organized by Sea Water Sports Company was a perfect blend of adventure, culture, and fun with friends. Avoid them completely. At Andaman, they delayed our sea walk by 1 day stating weather concerns (whereas the actual team was conducting sea walks that day, we confirmed with them). Then, our prebooked scuba was cancelled by them at the last moment because they missed out on updating the actual team. We had to negotiate directly with that team to do the scuba. SWS then lied to me for 2 days about processing my refund stating bank server down, NEFT done, etc before finally giving back (Rs250 still pending). Worst experience, very unprofessional team and unreliable.
