This hotel has excellent customer service. The rooms are well maintained and room service is quickly available for anything that you need. The staff are extremely patient, helpful and were polite. Manager Neel was very professional, calm and always looking out for the guests. Had a wonderful experience vacationing here with my family.
Decent property. Location wasn't the best with a narrow road. Room hygiene should be better as we have seen cockroaches.
Service was excellent. Special mention to Neel and his team in the restaurant gave an amazing experience and friendly service to us. The breakfast spread should be better. Hardly there was anything and whatever limited items that were there was also very average taste. Overall I would rate as decent experience staying in there.
Great hotel to stay at in Port Blair. Very close to the airport. City can be accessed with cab services.
Service at Sea Hills is good, however we had problems with the phone and the internet. The modem was not working when we checked in. This should be taken care of before guests are allowed to the rooms.
Another issue is the curtain in the bathroom should be of plastic so when water splashes, it can be wiped off. Instead there are cloth curtains. Please check this.
The food here is exceptional! My special thanks to the chef and the staff that serve in the restaurant. The outside space overlooking the ocean is a beautiful spot.

We stayed at this hotel for our first marriage anniversary and the hospitality has been exceptional. Sudipta and his team catered to all our needs and were extremely polite and well behaved. Great job, guys!
Day 1 stay was here at Sea hills resort in Port Blair. Staffs were welcoming and food was good as well. Sonu staff in garden restaurant gave a good service and shared some locations to visit as well. Overall it was really nice.
We, a family of three with a three-year-old, had reserved a Standard room. We hoped for a pleasant view from our window, but unfortunately, all we could see was the neighboring building's shed. On a positive note, the food at the restaurant was truly delightful. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for a brief stay, as we had booked it for just one day, which worked well for us.
The service, taste, quality of the team was on par excellence. We loved the entire experience of service by NEEL (Restro Manager) and his team. Do visit Sea hills resort and must try the food and experience the royalty service . Keep it up Neel sir and team
