SBI TIDEL Park - Bank in Chennai - Chennai, India

Went to SBI Tidel Park on Sep 29,2023 for requesting a new Debit card for an expired one. All the SBI Staff were surprisingly very polite and friendly. Especially a Senior Associate lady named Sakti Prakasam was really very polite, tolerant and helpful to the core, matching services that only a leading Private Bank Staff would provide. Very impressed for a Public bank like SBI!

I went for activating my account that was dormant for a long time. There were two woman officers Ms. Sakthi & Ms. Ponni - mam. Wowwww!!!! What a patience they had. Officers with humbleness and politeness and had helped me more quickly and resolved the issue in no time. Kudos

Worst experience. I am trying to reach them with different source. customer care numbers are useless and they are not picking the phone call in branch. Very hard track and maintain account unlike other banks. Edit1: Even though they didn't pick phone call for long time , when I went in person to the branch , the response was good from all the counters. So I would like to modify my rating.

I have had an amazing experience at this branch. Special Kudos to Cynthia for being out one stop shop and helping us resolve all the issues fast. Even the branch manager is very very supportive and helpful and provides the correct solutions. Keep up the good work

I am giving 5 star in comparison with other sbi branches. I found that few employees here are quite helpful and professional. Especially you can interact with deputy manager Rahul Chakrapani who is a star who helped me with lot of issues with my account.

Went there yesterday for a PPF Account Closure. Heard that, the security allows people only in formal wear. But, I went in casuals. Security did not bother. Also, it was lockdown, and most of the companies were not working. In SBI, finished the transaction in few minutes and no hassles. Note: there were only two customers before me.

Inefficient workers due to them my interest cost was raisen significantly, no response from branch or manager. I am really frustrated with SBI - Why RBI is leaving such inefficient operators to run bank and tighten the measures for quality new entrants - SBI - dont play with public money

Another unsatisfied customer. First of all, since this branch is inside Tidel Park, to enter there is a dress code. Full Pants, shirt and shoes. What about accessibility for all types of people. Second, this number never works. No one picks up the call. Third, I requested for a new ATM card and it never happened. I had to later request again through online.
