Had a good experience here. There is a reception desk just while entering inside the bank from where you can get all types of forms and any assistance in case of any problem. There is a self help token machine and after getting the token you need to wait until your number is announced and dispalyed in the board. Locker room is available here and ATM is in the ground floor with availability of deposit machine.

Worst service. We went for address change for my mother who is 80 years. We live in Bangalore and travelled to Chennai to finish the bank work. We submitted her Aadhaar as address proof. They did not accept the application giving the reason that her PAN and aadhaar are not linked. We got address change done in Hdfc bank h aatoday with aadhar card..

I had a very frustrating experience with the bank due to the staff's unresponsiveness and slow service. Despite multiple employees working, they seemed unconcerned with my time and lacked urgency in their work. This resulted in an unreasonable wait time just to deposit a cheque, leaving me feeling frustrated and irritated. Additionally, none of the staff members showed any remorse for the inconvenience caused. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by this bank and would not recommend.

Very good service. I am working in abroad. I went to close my loan account. There are some issues like my account is deactivated because I didn't use long time. I didn't bring pass book. The youngsters in this branch very efficient. Whatever possible they are doing. They close my housing loan account properly with proper documentation. Even I didn't get this service in private sector like banks, from my builder, etc., even I am paying huge money for their service.

Best customer service.. I've never come through such a good experience in any other banks. Friendly environment and polite service providers all over the Perungudi branch. We faced so many technical issues while opening an account but the person on Account open desk was so polite and she gave me a supportive hand to open account without any hesitation.

Building next to Sukkubhai Biryani. Many confuse this branch with the Perungudi one. This branch is the Rajiv Gandhi Salai Branch. Make sure to Google it with this term. Staff are ok ok. Please come early at 10 am itself. Else waiting time is high

Bad experience. Staffs doesn't know any process (took more than a week to do an account opening). Most of the staffs are rude and not supportive even to elderly people.

Manager in this branch is worst. Had a bitter experience. Kindly educate the manager Mrs. Sangeetha to learn about inter personal skills. All other staffs too. Very poor performance.
