We went there to have some snacks and enjoy the evening !! The staff was extremely courteous.. I actually did not have to worry about my 3 years old kiddo as the attendant was playing with her. We'd ordered a variety of food and everything was fabulous.. it might even be due to the serene environment.. In case you really wanna relax and enjoy the nature this is the best property to be at. We plan to stay here whenever we visit next time.

about 10 minutes from Ranthambore gates. on a former hunting lodge. beautiful grounds. buffet style meals with great selection. very helpful staff.

I must say, it was an incredible experience. Mr. Ajay's assistance in securing tickets for the safari made our trip seamless and hassle-free. His prompt and efficient service truly enhanced our stay. Additionally, Mr. Gopi Nath's attentive and friendly demeanor while serving us, along with the delightful gesture of offering a complimentary brownie to my son, left a lasting impression. The entire staff's cheerful disposition and efficiency in attending to our needs made our stay even more enjoyable. Their constant smiles and swift service truly made us feel valued and welcomed. I would highly recommend Savai Madhapur to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful getaway.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights, the service was exceptional. The staff went over and above to make us feel comfortable. Special food was always prepared for my toddler, they pampered him fully. Staff members Parveen and Rajendra Singh ji did their best and have set a new high in hospitality.

We stayed here, the ambiance and the service we received was outstanding. From the reception to restaurant staff looked after every need, and made our stay comfortable. Rajendra in the restaurant also packed us lunch for journey onwards. Manmeet and Zaid also made sure that we were looked after. When I visit Ranthambhore next time, I will definitely stay here.

It's a big beautiful property but the food is horrendous. Especially for the prices they charge. I've stayed at various IHCLs as well as Taj properties but food here was really not upto the mark. The pool is not maintained at all. The only good thing about the property is it's size and gardens. The high tea is better in other hotels in this area too, which is disappointing as they charge much more. This was my 2nd visit to Ranthambore and I expected much better from a Taj brand property. My compliments to the service though, the staff is incredible.

We went to Sawai Madhopur Lodge by Taj on 21st May'23. We were greeted very well by Manmeet. It was our 1st anniversary so the staff decorated our room and sent a delicious cake. We also enjoyed the evening in the property by witnessing bangle making, pottery, magic show and beautiful paintings of tigers. A staff member named Kunj was so humble and sweet. He took our pictures and was present to see if we need any help, whenever he saw us around. Thankyou so much Kunj. I was touched with a small gesture by Neha, she was taking our order on the second day and she remembered that I ordered coffee before so she said, " Would you like to have coffee like yesterday". People who remember tiny details without any personal motive have our hearts. Furthermore, when we were checking out, we had to catch the train in half n hr. Our hotel was 3 mins away from the railway station. So I asked the staff at reception to arrange an auto or taxi to drop us. They said the auto will charge Rs 500. We were shocked, so we decided to find a taxi or auto ourselves. We were heading towards the exit gate, the security guard Mr. Ratan S ji was so gracious that he asked us why are you leaving without a taxi or auto, he personally put an effort to arrange a transport for us. A big thankyou to you Ratan S ji. We were touched by your effort and you won our hearts. Overall experience was amazing, we'll try to come back soon.
