Rooms were good. Hospitality was above average. Slightly over expensive. Location was good. Quiet close from railway station so comfort wise it was good.

Please do not visit this hotel even by mistake. Sooo dirty & unhygienic hotel in the world. This is not a family hotel I think some illegal activities are happening in this hotel. Here are some of the proofs of photographs which you can clearly see the dirtynes of this hotel. Beware before check-in. They are so lessy that they don't clean the floor so sticky, Bathroom also Dirt. You can't even imagine the dirtynes of the badsheet pillow & blanket. Worst level of dirtynes.

My family visited this place last year and I would hate to say this but this an extremely poorly managed and pathetic lodge! The most rude staff ive ever communicated with while travelling. The most gross and disgusting washrooms and unhygienic, unclean doors, mirrors and cabinets. Extremely uncooperative people are employed to manage the lodge. Used Beer bottles or used plates are always outside ones door in each and every floor. Its never cleaned. This lodge is a huge mess. Not recommended! Do not visit if you want a comfortable stay
Very near to Railway Station in Jammu, AC rooms although small are clean and tidy. Staff is polite and courteous. Food delivery takes a lot of time. Major percentage of total Payment needs to be done in cash which was a let down for me. Overall a decent experience.
Room is very small, but it's okay to stay for one night, staff is good and responsive. I am happy with my stay. Location is clear and parking also good, we don't face any issues in reaching hotel. I will recommend to stay for one night who is going to Ladakh.
