Overall it was great...It was clean and well maintainedExcept the bedsheet seems quite old with marks all over but if u ask they will try to give a good one.Staffs were co-operativeAnd the place is very good airy. Bathroom clean

One of my worst stay till date. When I went there for check-in, owner wasn't there. The room boy connected him through phone and the owner asked him to give the room. One of the bathroom window panel is transparent I had to cover it with some old clothes to freshen up. But since room is spacious, I didn't complain. After 3 hours, he returned and he asked me that I have to change the room on the next day. I was like, ' Why should I?'. He said he gave me bigger room(deluxe) and I booked standard room. So if he wants to give me the standard room, why did he gave me the bigger room in the first place? He is the one who asked the boy to give room with its number. It is absolutely insulting to give the customer one room, later tell them to change them. Later I realised the treachery behind this. The newly given room which is less spacious and the AC isn't working while in the description of hotel, both standard and deluxe has 192sqft. Since he saw me a single and not well versed with language man played this game. NB : This is not a hotel, but only some rooms on the fifth floor of the NB towers. Rest of the floors has different institutions. I had to catch a plane at 8AM and said the same to the owner on previous day. When I checked out at 6AM, the owner wasn't there. I gave the keys to room boys who were sleeping on the lounge. When I went downstairs the gates were locked. (may be because it's a private property with other institutions also). I don't have enough time to go back five floors as booked cab approaching so I had to jump the wall. If the owner conveyed about my journey which I mentioned him on previous day , the owners of the tower would have opened the gates. Alas! This man is good for nothing. If you are a professional, don't even try to book the rooms here. (Btw, room boys are really sweet;the only positive I could find)

location is very good, room is clean and cozy, service is ok, food available in ground floor, affordable price. room has so many plug points to connect all my gadgets. wifi is available but sometimes it took Nirvana.

Nice location, situated at top floor of a leased out property. Feels like home away from home. Apart from spacious room and humble staff , it also had one major benefits is the 24 x 7 available kitchen ( for small things) . Good for people traveling with small kids and infants as they need boiled water, milk etc .

The room was very neat and comfortable The services and staff were very polite.. Calm hustle free stay.. Best at this price point...and Hotels location gives access to all places in bbsr....

The experience at this hotel was good. It was a nice stay with all the bedding facility and nice rooms. The hotel located on the top floor and provides all the staying amenities. However, it would be great if it could include the fooding option owned only by themselves rather than draws from a near restaurant, located below the top floor.But, overall the experience was good during the span of our stay.Thank you

Hotel manager is a kind type person & cooperative. Rooms are spacious, well furnished & room service is also good. It also has a parking space fow bikes & cars. The only demerit is that price of food stuff,what you order for your room are quite high.

Spacious clean rooms, very supportive, courteous & polite staff. At times card Payment may be an issue so better to keep cash loaded or book online. Thanks team Saraswati Retreat for the comfortable stay & good service. Keep it up & best luck for future.
