This place is horrible in mental health. My family member went there for treatment and its the worst place for any person. This place doesn't even deserve a star. I must've had the worst immediate care ever for my familymember. Management is worst for anything beyond a cold in my opinion. Doctors don't visit on time, Services are way to costly compare to other medical fields upon checking the bills. Hospital charges are irrelavenant. Health matters- don't put yourself in the hands of ..... I digress.... Please just dont got his place
This so called hospital if you can call it one is complete nightmare. The cleanliness over here is worse than a public toilet. The hospital is on the first floor but they don't have a working lift foe patients. They charge 4k for deluxe room which has a non functional AC table fan and a bathroom room which is broken and fixed by using cellotape. The behavior of the doctors if you can call them that is pathetic. No manners at all. The nursing staff does not wear gloves and have no manners. They told us that neuro surgeon which come at 5pm which never came and they just kept telling us that he will late. He never came. The doctor which was supposed to come for colonscopy came 3 hours late,imagine the patient hadn't eaten anything for the entire day. Despite this they never had the decency to apologize or do anything for a quicker resolution. I won't even suggest this hospital to any enemy. They also add uncessary charges and charges for which the services were never provided. AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS.ITS A MONEY MAKING PATHETIC DISGUSTING HORRIBLE PLACE.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
Very very very bad worst experience I will never ever go and not even suggest anyone to go there staff behavior iss very verey rude and they are not able to do their work properly they are working only when doctor are there and doctors also not available at time of emergency very costly an worthless hospital experience not properly service they are given to patients and only charging money for no reason I hope my feedback will see ur superior and they will take actions against this, Without any reason icu mein admit rakha hai for bill badhane ke liye...so pls don't go there...
Avoid this hospital. Worst place to deal with, Rooms are unhygienic/No Lifts/Air conditioner not working/Unprofessional Doctors and staff. I visit this hospital 12 March2023, 8am my mothter having High BP. 1.However critical Patient they have to climb steps atleast one floor(approx 25-30) steps to get any medical assistance. 2.Before any primarily test , they first ask to get admitted to ICU, post that only we will provide any treatment. 3.I asked for a proper Bill/ Invoice, they gave a bill without even a tin no on it and then the doctor say yeah he milta hai. 4.They dont have a working Lift in the hospital.. Save time and life of your loved once by not Visiting this hospital. Im sure if you visit them for first aid they will first ask to get admitted to ICU.
Very good staff hard working & talented and the best part is they are very reasonable & provides good treatment. I have one complaint with the hospital owner you should fix the lift and not use your staff to carry patient on wheel chair to 1st floor it's not safe & those are medical professionals you can't use them like this.
Very bad experience i ever had When I'm already fit n fine it not necessary to do put enjection n giving glucose any which is not important actually I came for the operation but the hospital staff said u have to admit right now for procedure but the operation time is approximately 24 hr before the admit nessesary to admit faculties sataff said . Ever bad experience after that I realised n me cancelled the my operation bcs it's not emergency or either complusary .. Hospital give the bill of amount which is not relevant of its services...... They are just looting people money.... Don't go plz ..... doctors r irresponsible Very bad very bad ever....
