It was a nice room for the price. Most of the things were working and room service was also good and staff was polite, but the fan speed control was not working properly. Overall it was a good room for the price. Polite staff respects your privacy and the room has a nice view from the window.

This hotel 3-4 kms from railway station... public transport available...or can book private auto. Hotel's room are in good condition... clean... hotel staff is helpful...for room service there is extra charge or you can take all these services because,this hotel is in public area. The hotel is at calm place. AC,TV, MINERAL WATER AND OTHER FACILITIES will be given.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just near the gwalior fort. But it doesn't have any restaurant facility, when asked about fooding they told me to order on zomato and swiggy. The backdoor lock was broken so I couldn't lock the door. In the toilet jet spray line was not there, and the bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. No soap or shampoo was provided despite I selected delux AC room. TV was there but no channel subscription was enabled. In the check out morning they started calling me to check out, and kept me standing in front of reception to check the room if everything is in order. For two days no room service was done and the waste bin was full.

wash rooms are very dirty not proper cleaning. shower is not running properly. so, overall i will give it 3 star and good room and facility availabe near rs gwalior fort walking gate is 2 to 3 km away from it.

The hotel's room is nice and clean. staff is well behaved but needs to be improved. nice view from the balcony.Agra fort view.you can stay here hotel's location is very good. everything Market, railway station very near from hotel.

Hotel was good. Location is near to station and Gwalior Fort. Room was clean and also bathroom was clean. TV and AC are working perfectly. Staff behavior is also good. Overall Hotel is best and budget friendly.

This is a three star review with a .5 for courteous staff. It was a short trip for 2 and half days so our only requirement was a good sleeping place with basic amenities. Pros of the place include - 1. Clean Water 2.AC available 3. Okay food 4. Big enough room (for 2 ppl) 5. Backup for blackouts 6. Easily accessible to major areas 7. Fort view in select rooms Cons - 1. It is located in the interiors of pvt residential areas 2. AC made a lot of noise while working in one of the rooms 3. Bathroom lights did not come back after a blackout 4. Staff is courteous but not really responsive 5. Rooms were not clean when we checked in. 6. No privacy in rooms..Sound travels easily from one room to the next. 7. Limited breakfast options 8. Water heater not working in one room's bathroom 9. Little ventilation in the room as windows don't open. 10. Quality and standard is not achieved with respect to cost It is alright to use this place if the trip is short and low budgeted. If one has time and leisure and wishes to have a relaxed stay, it is advisable to look for a separate place. Info - This is an OYO stay.
