Very poor experience . The doctor is not available when you go for visit and the consultation charges are high even on a second visit. The staff acts as if they own the space. The trust is making money out of it will report malpractices to MCI.
They don't have female doctor for sonography. Its pathetic for a female patient to get checked by male doctor. Staff is very rude & insulting. They don't know how to talk to patients politely. They are always on top of their voice. Those reading my comments > Please visit Jain hospital - Dadar. Its 'the best'.
This clinic is good but they discontinued the Sonography services.
Rude staff, no maintenance, they make you sit outside elevators in passages while you wait endlessly for procedures. Staff behaves like it's a government hospital. Few other people walked out in front of us because of this. Only good thing is the pricing. Compared to major hospitals like Hinduja it's better priced. That's why the extra star. Otherwise, not worth it. I'm not naming anyone because it wouldn't be fair.

This is has to be my go to diagnostic centre whenever I need to do my routine check-ups.
The staff is very polite, especially the ma'am at the reception and the doctors attached to this centre are very professional.
The best part about this centre is the nominal and fair cost they charge for tests and consultation as compared to other centres. If you happen to stay around Dadar, Matunga orMahim, don't think twice to get your check ups done over here.
This place is really clean and hygienic and also has good working staff.
But I would like to talk about a Doctor name Dr Rajan Jain. Had a very bad experience going to this doctor because whatever medication he prescribed were totally useless I don't know why Sanghvi is not checking with patients about the illness they came is cure or not. Though it is cheap in price doesn't mean the doctor can be careless and prescribe any medication. Double check if you really want to increase your pain or get it cured by paying little extra. Don't go for Dr Rajan Jain.
The place is quite good. It is clean, well-maintained and quite cheap. The staff is also good. But not all the tests are carried out here; some are sent to other labs so if you need reports of these particular tests urgently, it wouldn't be wise to choose this lab.
No management at all.. patient is coming for some treatment and Doctor is doing their business as per their available time and not as per the urgency of any treatment or patients ...
