BEWARE! FRAUDSTERS. UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES. They sent a used fridge. The piece was dented on the front door lower end and side. - they offered to replace the door We asked to send the latest model, they sent last year's model. The sticker on the fridge showed a 10 year warantee instead of the 20 year warantee fridge we agreed to purchase. - they said they will change the sticker. The box they sent the fridge in was fungus infested. Extremely poor service and shocking unprofessionalism. They act innocent, but they're out to dupe you and leave you cheated.

They are frauds .. do not buy any product from them ...I bought an AC from them on 14 Apr 2023. First they said delivery and installation all are free.. later they denied both installation and delivery. So they are completely frauds... don't visit their shop ever

I purchased Samsung N7090 55 inch TV from them and a washing machine from them . TV cost me - 69k , washing machine cost me - 20 k. 1. The TV had another variant which was just last year model from Samsung N6100 , which has exactly the same features and is 15k cheaper than the model I bought. 2.The sales guys are trying to make a sale just by making claims , it has better processor etc . whereas it's exactly the same with their previous model. 3.The owner/ owner's son has a real uptight attitude which is not consumer friendly at all. As I was buying 2 products I asked for a discount and he threw a 1 k discount at me with a "Lena hai to lo " innuendo. Thanks to HDFC cashback offer which somewhat saved my skin. Conclusion: It's a lala store , I feel you should research the market definitely for the additional product options .patience is the key . Do your research , See online reviews etc. Do not shop impulsively. You may visit LG stores in the vicinity as they offer better product and technology(TVs and fridges) in same price segment. Kindly visit multibrand shops or visit other Samsung plazas but don't go to this shop. I bought from this store but I won't recommended it to anyone. I am writing this review for benefit of all my fellow shoppers. "Buyer beware"

I had recently purchased a Samsung TV and had made 6 EMI's for the total bill... but instead today they've debited the entire amount from my account. This is really unprofessional and unexpected. Waiting for them to reverse the transaction . I don't know why they could not pay heed to these small but imp details at the time of selling.

Sir, bought a split AC from your showroom on good note. But installation agency hired by Samsung proved to be totally irresponsible and turned experience into nightmare. You should disassociate from this agency as it is only diminishing brand value of your showroom as well as Samsung.
