The worst experience I've ever had.... The employees are so ignorant, arrogant and pathetic... Insensitive about customers concern.... I went there because I wanted my phone to be repaired by authorized party....I made a poor decision... Compare to it I had descent experience in local repair shop.... All the employees deserves to be fired ... Samsung please do better..... We expect you to look into it..
Recently I visited the store to purchase 25w adaptor, they asked 1400 for it though Samsung online store is selling at 1300 . When I asked them they said you have to buy mobile from us then we will give you at 1300. Does it make any sense? The employees behaviour is also very arrogant.

There staff behavior is very bad and If you purchased any samsung mobile from the store then you will have to wait for 3 to 4 hours. No technical knowledge about smartphones and guy's how do you apply the tempered glass of Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra?Side bumper is very sharp.

Such stores doesn't even deserve 1 star! I went there to repair my mobile phone's screen, they replaced it with a fake SAMOLED SCREEN and charged me 6500/- and when asked they refused to provide the bill of my service! Very pathetic and arrogant employees! Later they replaced the fake screen with my previous broken screen and my money was returned to me. I was lucky enough to notice the differences between a fake and real screen and hence I made sure to visit again and confront them or else my money would have gone to vain. I think they do such gimmicks with everyone, those who aren't aware falls into their trap!
Customer friendly and cooperative but during Durga Puja there was no detailed information about opening and closing hours. Moreover the phone number that is provided is switched off whenever a call is being made. It is very hard to know when there store will be open as I stay in a far off place.
