Worst service ever. Their manager will please you with his conversation and make you buy the overpriced appliances. Once the payment is made, they will either not respond to our call or will make lame excuses for delay in installation the appliance at home. Overall the service was below standard and the appliance's prices are overpriced compared to mainland

Dont fall prey to manipulated reviews, the products are fine but the sellers ae biggest frauds. DONT PAY THEM ANYTHING until the product is installed at your home in serviceable condition. For instance their salesman Buchendra Rao made false proposals to lure into buying already overpriced products, but vanished once the product was ordered. Trust me they will block your calls once you have paid and samsung customer care is inefficient to take any action against these goons. Document everything as you might need to sue them later, given their unprofessionalism.
They shamelessly ignore your messages and calls once you have made the payment. I wasnt given warranty and accessories as promised. So dont believe their sugarcoated lies, these frauds are pro at it.
