Horrible experience.went there to exchange my charger which is in warranty period,the issue was a burning beep sound coming from inside when it's charging and it's disconnects almost time,they denied to exchange , reason was they didn't heard sound when they tested and a small bend which is 2mm..they mostly tried to not give the exchange.. They didn't even attended when I reached there and a person came after me got appointment even I was there,I told them that I came first and they was like "whatever,idc"...first Learn how to treat customer ..ihave been a customer of OnePlus and xiomi.they were pretty decent in handling customers and service.but this is my first time visiting Samsung after buying s23 and it went like this...I wish I could rate them zero starts... Small update guys: i went to Spencers jn's Samsung authorised service center(tvm near secretariat )and they replaced my old charger without any hesitations and gave me new one.. PS: please dont waste your time by coming here(pattom Samsung), these guys thinks like they are the fathers of Samsung..

Irresponsible staffs. I went to just collect the phone which was informed to me as repaired. But when we went to the store they kept us wait for more that 1 hour just to collect the phone and make the payment. Out of the six counters only 1 is working that too in a very slow and ineffective manner. Not at all customer friendly.

Good team working there... ihave good experience to repair my phone at proper time Shop opens at 9 am and closes at 6 pm.. Well trained team and I have serviced my samsung ultra s 20 display, they repaired it at proper time and neatly. Shop is at upstair.

Worst place to give ur phone for service. The attitude of support guys are as if they gifted the phones to us and we damaged it. Instead of helping me get my fold 4 repaired under insurance they cpatured the worst zoomed images that one could ever take so as to make sure that warranty is not issued. Advised not to take ur phone to this service centre unless u r left with no other options.

The experience I had from this service center is worse. I had an issue with my Samsung watch I had visited the store on 5pm in Google when we search the place it shows they have a closing time on 6pm. But they informed they will close at 5pm and they wnt take the product after tht. They took my product and informed they will register the complaint next morning. They informed they will call me once it's done. I waited for two days I never got a call. I reached them they told me it's already done, and I never received any call. I went there they charged me some money, and the issue still remains when I returned back home, since I was not able to test there, bcs it was out of charge. Then the next day again I went and they told me they made some update but I informed the issue still exist then again they kept the watch for nearly 7 days I have to call and inquire every day and on the 7th day I went they told it's already been done, and still tht issue exist with the watch and they are not sure what is the problem with the watch. I just showed that watch to a local shop it was a small issue they resolved the problem with an hour. I am really confused what were these people doing with my watch for these days.

One of the worst service centres i had ever dealt with. The attitude of the service guys are as if they are the CEO of samsung. They dont try to help and resolve the issue thry just worsen the issue and dowat ever possible way they can so that oru phone is void of warranty. Better take it to any other service centre unless you dont have any option left... **0 stars**

Changed a lot since I visited last time. Service and attitude improved a lot.

Extremely bad experience from the staff. My phone display was damaged and i submit the phone at the service center. They said that it will take the a maximum of 2 days time. The part was their itself they said. I visited the centre after 2 days , they are not ready to give a proper response . They only started inspecting the phone at that time.... I have been waited for 3 hours to collect my phone.please consider the value for our time..
