Sam's Homestay - Home Stay in Aizawl - Aizawl, India

The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Wifi is available 24/7. The bathroom was small but tidy and had a geyser too. The view from the balcony was great and the behaviour of the host was very pleasant and friendly. She helped us whenever we needed something. Overall a great value for money and it was a lovely experience staying at Sam's homestay.

I stayed at Sam's Homestay for 7 nights from 10/2/23. Maria speaks English fluently and the rooms are very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is good. Maria and her girls also took care of my laundry. On a Sunday I had gone to Tamdil lake and Maria packed sandwiches for me (all restaurants are closed on a Sunday) and did not even charge me for it. That was very sweet of her. Thank you so much.

A really home like place to stay stay where the main markets are 5-10 minutes with a bike. If you know the roads you can walk as well. The food was fresh and homely and Maria (host) has been absolutely helpful regarding every need. I am into continuous travelling and prefer rented places or homestays rather than hotels. I guess, if I visit Mizoram, I shall not even look for other options than Sam's. Wonderful, cozy stay with fresh and tasty foods.

The owner of the house was so good. The food was also very good the taste was like home food (ghar ka khana). The rooms we got was neet and clean. The view from there was also good. The place in which we stayed was a good place with so many near by places like bara bazar, leighman park.

Room was Comfortable and had beautiful view. Overall, I had a great experience and host was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great.

It was one of the best accomodations I have stayed in so far. Maria, the host is a lovely & compassionate person who takes care of her guests like family members. Rooms are spacious & all the rooms face front so you can enjoy a good view from the balcony of the second floor & onwards. Plus being a knowledgeable person, Maria can help you get around in & outskirts of Aizawl by sharing some valuable tips. Overall it was an amazing experience & I recommend anyone visiting Aizawl for the first time give this place a try.

Maria provided us with best hospitality, very warm and welcoming. Food is amazing and location is prime. Internet is available fast speed so one can work without problem. The view from their terrace is amazing for sunset and everything is close by. I would recommend staying here without a doubt
