Maintained Forest by Forest Department.Good track for walking and running. Inagurated on 24.04.2018. Erlier known as Smriti upvane. It opens at 7am which is late in Summers. It should open at 6am in morning.
I visited this place two three times in past one year. This park has been constructed by clearing the shrub and laying walking track into the already existing forest. Some water bodies have been added. Birds like Hornbill, green Pigeon, Eagles, parrots and spot Billed Ducks can be seen. The name of the park on the gate is still written as Nagar Van (City Forest). Although the marker is Samriti Upvan. Google maps don't navigate to this location if one types Nagar Van in its search since it thinks that user is searching for Vans.
