Best experience in this gym . I am coming here since last 6 years . I wanted to build my strength and muscles . This gym is best for functional strenthing. Machinery is also good . But I was looking for functional training. Gym environment is friendly . Trainers are also very nice , understanding and frank .

I was in pune for a week time and was missing my crossfit workout. After a quick Google search I stumbled upon Sammy fitness page. They readily offered me a week pass at reasonable price of 200 INR. It's cross fit functional and strength training studio with outdoor and indoor facilities. outdoor facility is covered during mansoon season, however in other season you will feel like working out close to nature as they have maintained all the trees around the facility as it is. They do provide workout as per individual needs. My main reason to join the gym while away from home is to not to gain weight and maintain it , however at the end of the week I found that I am 1kg lighter. A big Thanks to Mr. Sanatan for giving me a perfect workout. It's open Monday to Saturday 6:30 am to 9:30 pm. It's definitely a go to place for workout whenever I am in Pune :)

Best vibe ..great people ... Pleasure working with these trainers ... We have a lot of laughs ... Many families here make one big family....me my mom and my dad workout here...and the best owner and u get the required result !

Sammy fitness studio is not a typical gym or a fitness center... It has own its own culture. I am glad I have lost 7 kg in four months without any specific diet program. One thing i liked is, instructors really give personal attention to you. The overall culture of Sammy is so friendly that we not only hang out in the gym but also other occasions outside as well. Such as box cricket and dinners! I have made many friends here. definitely i would like to recommend it totally worth it.

Great atmosphere. The workouts are given According to your goals and are designed in the way that you will get the most from it. Owner and trainers have great knowledge of the requirements of athletes and help them to grow and take their fitness to another level. There is also personal touch with everyone coming to the gym so that they can quickly get comfortable and start achieving great things.
