Firstly I apologize if I'm gonna do the honest review & people who had good services will say why I wrote this review. Being honest I can't leave any fake review I never do that. Pros : 1) Good Offers 2) Service they are availing is also good. Cons: 1) They need more professional members . 2) Many people said you got friendly behavior, I don't know I'm the only one who didn't felt that. Yes its true the people who were working there they are friendly I don't know the names of their employees but I can say the day I visited there were 2 girls and they were really sweet. And as per my information due to some reason two of their members were unavailable on that day for some issues which is quite understandable. But let me come to the point as there are lots of more salon availble at the town people will oviously choose where they can pass their time as this is a salon and it takes your much time,So I'm not saying that as you are doing professional work so you have to talk about personal life or gossips but hardly have some extra thing or do some activity that your customer won't feel that how to spend time if due to some reason they have to wait okay it can be adjusted I know so I'm not saying that its bad still I'm writing this so that they can improve much better. Now talking about my experience it was kinda nice and I've already shared above. [ After the reply I received here is my response for the admin that its not like I'm not satisfied,you didn't took my money without giving me the service,obviously you did your best but as there is a option for giving your feedback so I wrote a whole wrong paragraph so that you can do much more better. Its not about free service,you people took your courses with thousands/lakh & then you got the certificate so obviously you are professionals and its important to get paid for what you are working. In the pros section I already mentioned that and in cons side also I mentioned in details its not like that I didn't liked your service or I'm not happy with your service,I just added some points so you will get more friendly & regular basis customer. Hope you understand. And this is my perspective & experience and everyone have different experience and perspective and that's why in the beginning I said I apologize if my experience doesn't match with anyone that's it. Thankyou. ]
All thanks to Mr. Debajit and the other staff for making my hair looks so so pretty. A little disappointed, it's giving me an incomplete look at the downpart of my hair which you can see it clearly. So it would be more beautiful if they covered all the length of my hair. Staff are so well mannered, calm & polite.

Definitely one star for a reason! Not recommended at all! Like i just did smoothening a week ago... And its turning all back to my normal wavy hair... Thought of giving this new salon a try... But it seems all my money has been wasted!! Except, Muskan di who is one of the proffesional working staff in this parlour... Every one else is so unprofessional... I just cant explain...they don't even know how to properly section and put neutrilizer after smoothening... The main root problem is... Lack of proffesional staff... You can't continue telling everyone that there are various branches of this salon in various cities... Ofcrs there might be... But in the city u are residing... Your salon is really getting a downfall from the begining itself!! Not going there ever again even if they provide free services.
Just avoid this salon nd take the bad reviews seriously..they are very unprofessional , inexperienced only Muskan di have some experience but the other ones dont hv any experience.. last week I had my hair smoothening treatment but it didn't even last a week ....it was totally waste of my time nd money...

Worst experience I've ever had... product quality compromised,after using hair problem started, behaviour compromised .Hope in my entire life even if it will be the last saloon left I'll never ever visit..
