We went from Kolkata to Shaktigarh just to taste the famous "Langcha" over there. After reaching this shop, we amazed by looking at the varieties of Langha's here. There are many sizes available of that sweet. Taste is good enough. Vehicle parking is available in front of this shop.

Most famous Food in saktigor "lyaaNcaa"...The best quality of langcha a Bengali popular sweet is available here..Almost 70 to 80 Langcha shops are there at this place.They make langchas of Rs10, Rs15 and Rs20 out of pure cow's ghee and other ingredients which are without chemicals, as well as the Mihidanas and Kachuris.

Lengcha and sweets were tasty. Parking in front of shop is available. However, improvement needed in condition of interior of shop and cleanliness of toilet.

Shaktigarh is a hub of langcha, Bardhaman district. There are so many places for lancha sweet ,so this is just a single shop you can buy here or any other place, no problem. Actually if you are travelling on bus (Kolkata/Asansol) then it will not depend on you it will depend on bus driver or conductor .

Sweet quality is just terrible. Simply, hard balls made of maida! In the name of Ghee, they probably use dalda (but we were charged extra for ghee). It is quite possible that these shops on the highway are not authentic places at all - All are fake and duping the customers. One should go to Burdwan city, where one could find the good old shops to get the famous so-called "langcha".

The main attraction of this place was sweet. But now a days the quality of the sweet are very bad. When we are traveling on Durgapur Express way, we can get food from this place. There r so many shops, but quality of all the shops are same. To be more specific not good.
