Felt highly Unsafe. Specially for my wife. When questioned the staff, why charging us 1 day extra full fee. He started shouting and abusing us. He tried to close the main shutter and lock us inside the hotel that too at 10:45 night. He even asked his other staff to put down the shutter (main exit)and meanwhile try to stop me and my wife by spreading his hand long. Thanks to onroad Passersby, who tried save us. We paid the amount and escaped from there. We are in a state of panic after this incident. The staff told,since we have not told about our payment mode ie. via cash or Gpay,thats why 1 extra day fee has been added to our total fare. They even told that since we are half an hour late we have to pay 1 day extra.( they only gave permission to stay an hour extra). Thank God our phone camera was on. Even if there is dispute in billing,is this the way the staff should behave with ladies and other guests. I request the owner of hotel to pls teach the staffs to behave properly with their guests specially ladies. The time of incident was at 10:45 night. This was really a nightmare and a first time experience in any hotel we stayed.
One of the best hotel in Pondicherry if you are looking for a class hotel. Rooms are very neat even though it's small. Room services are fast and clean. Overall had a very nice stay. Staffs are also kind and friendly.

neat and clean room and washroom is what i expect on a trip and that's exactly what i got the amount is pretty reasonable for a standard single bedroom with ac. the best part is that it is centrally located so all the places to be visited are nearby. as i knew i will be exploring the town and the food, i was looking for a budget guest house and a complimentary breakfast wasn't on my list as such. they provide a towel, tooth paste and a soap. i had requested hot drinking water everyday in the morning and they delivered it without fail at no extra cost. the staff is very helpful and take your requests to order hot tea/coffee. early check in and late check out possible at an additional cost. there are no time and visitor restrictions. parking is on the street itself and i faced no issues with my scooty. had a fantastic stay for 3 nights.
Cheating Guest House, Unprofessional Behaviour of staff & Management. We have taken one day stay, After 24 hours no one has reminded, while check out just for one hour extra stay in the hotel, they charged two days bill. staff were rude and completely unprofessional. They said they have system of charging one day charges after 24 hours from Check in time. (but they dont have any reminder system to remind about check out time). Thank god they haven't mentioned senconds and nano seconds.
