I booked room in this hotel through Oyo app, fans were not working. AC was not that effective and was not working well due to which rooms became suffocated. Overnight stay was very difficult and when complaint to staff about it they asked to adjust. No service staff was rude. Complaint Oyo customer agent asked to provide resolution after taking to manager no call back was done no resolution provided. Asked drinking water around 12:15 am staff refused to provide. And later after argument they provided water. Not a good place to stay.. rooms are not clean fan AC not wroking properly.
Very bad inn. Almost everything about this inn is bad, bedsheets were not clean , if you will take bath after 8 am you will definitely want to leave that place because hot water comes as there tanks are not insulated. Bathrooms were not very clean, they do not even give soap or sampoo on there own you will have to demand for it. Also fan doesn't work properly Only good thing about it is, AC is functional , otherwise you cannot survive in that room it's suffocating.
Kindly dont waste your time in this hotel. Had many complaints during the stay and there was noone to receive the complaint at the reception. The rooms were unhygenic, bathrooms has light issues, non of the features were provided as advertised. I had to contact OYO to issue me a refund for this unpleasent stay at this hotel.
Hotel is good, just next to temple which gives peace. Just need to carry own bedsheets, pillow covers, towel and dustbin. If you are allergic to dust, carry a broom and mop. I can see why oyo is tied up with such hotels, it's a simple math hotel charge is 100/-, rest goes into oyo's pocket.
Booked room in this hotel from Oyo app had a very bad experience in app it was showing 103 room they gave us 201 in which fan was not working at all and AC was not effective and staff did not do anything about it and asked to adjust. Even Oyo customer representative did not provide any resolution. Staff was very rude when asked water late night staff refused to provide service.
The rooms are big. That's it. It ends there. Issues with water supply. AC didnt really work in most rooms we stayed. Fans was not working. Service was bad.
Budget hotel. Nearly restaurant so no problem for food. Worst lift ever seen... Cleaning is not good. Placing main area. Staying for 1 day is best not prefer to staying many days
Good Rooms with Nice reception... Nice and spacious with good facilities... Hot water and clean drinking water available... Nearby plenty of places to eat...

I had a decent stay for a night. This is just 10 minutes away from Chrompet bus stop, which is a big plus.. Lot of grocery shops, hotels, coffee shops and supermarkets are near by which makes your stay quite easy.
