Not satisfactory. Her approach was not good. She sounded rude while replying. I went for a hair cut. She first pointed out all the defects in my hair. I asked her how many steps could I get for my hair. She replied rudely saying 8, 10 , 15....any number of steps. While my hair is very short and thin. (Can hardly get 5 steps). Again I asked the same question and she replied the same and in the same manner. The third time I asked and I stressed 'FOR MY HAIR. Then she replied-5. For every question I asked a negative reply she would give. Instead she could have suggested some alternatives. As per my knowledge beauticians generally speak politely and positively and attract the customers. This is the reverse case. Then went to other parlour where I got my service done happily.

Excellent service with reasonable price and good quality products and Shobha Rani Madam very talented, so many times I saw in so many Tv Shows Etv, The really superb talented.

This is a place where we are asked what is our requirements and they analysis our request check if the particular care is required or not and suggest us as per the skin type and proceed. This is the reason why I am not able to go to any other beauty parlour It's been many years I am coming to this beauty parlour and now even my sister in law also some of my friends to who I suggested as they are new to this city also liked the service. What I noticed is in this parlour is every customer is important and is taken care.
