Good spacious rooms .good cleanliness maintained .. additional space in terms of common hall and kitchen .hot water available. A/c in working condition . but no TV channel working , difficult to get morning tea as there's no hotel nearby, could not see any attender (on the day of check in- the attender was drunk and somehow managed to communicate him about the booking) ... some rooms attached to the bed room not cleaned and had dust ..In overall it was value for money and you can opt if you can accommodate some minor issues

Everyone needs a place to lay their weary head. For travellers visiting near south goa, sai leela guest house is an excellent choice for rest and rejuvenation. Well-known for its family-friendly environment and proximity to great living location. Rooms are air conditioned

It was Nice & comfortable stay. Value for money. It's hardly 2 km from bagmalo junction. It's on the way to bagmalo beach road... Beach is just 2 km and airport is around 4 km... Good accommodation option for big group or family... Host was very cooperative. Property is having big balcony and lush green nature view. Peaceful & calm place...

Needs window panes in the washrooms and a clean change of the sheets. Stayed there a night but wouldn't recommend anything longer. The caretaker was polite and helped around with directions and getting us tea as we didn't have a vehicle. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay.

The last place in Goa to stay. If you have no option, you may even hire a vehicle and stay in it rather than this guest house. The ace is infested with cockroaches, hasn't been cleaned, the toilets are soiled and unhygienic and the bedsheets are not changed. You need to carry everything here as they won't give you anything, not even handwash/ soap in the washrooms. A nightmarish experience in Goa.

Terrible place.....never ever stay especially if you are travelling with kids. No water to drink no toiletries, dirty rooms, nasty washrooms, horrible experience. Would have given ratings in negative if there was an option. Big no no n

Very average place. Just about adequate as a place to crash in the night. WiFi is patchy. No amenities apart from a bed, TV and AC. Caretaker Ravi is very helpful.
