I have done workout thr for 3yrs but the owner is truly irritating n doesn't allow to do any machines more than 10mins.. she keeps on talking bakwaas about others n its more like a gossip center

First of all, neither she's a trainer, nor there is any professional trainer, you should work on your own guidance, she even don't guid on diet. 1 day if u miss she doesn't allow to cover that 1 day in next month. And if you wish to exercise 2 times a day she will charge double. She's running it since 15 years, but there are only 10-12 people in both morning and evening batch, in total this is the worst gym, better visit a gym where u can get a proper trainer.

Same here,I got quite irritated as I was told to use the tread mill only for 10 mins and after I complete one year I can use it for 15 mins. Also she is no fitness expert ..I have seen her teaching women ,how to lift weights ..they are sure to have injuries.

When i went to enquire, the lady who is incharge said that one can use treadmill only for 10 mins, but only for walking. Not allowed to run on the treadmill ! I don't understand the logic.

It's really good, there is one hour machine workout and half an hour for floor exercise.

Worst gym .. pls guys don't go to this gym .. She will not provide any works for u
