Dr. Vikas Kumar is awesome and a genuine doctor. The doctors , nurses and housekeeping staff is excellent. It's a Clean and well maintained hospital. The food is awesome (Munna canteen) Special thanks to all the nurses Sheetal, Seema , sneha and others who I couldn't interact, all moushi and mama and very grateful to Munna canteen for amazing food provided to the patient's relatives. It was a great relieve and could manage well while the patient was hospitalised. Sure to recommend the hospital to friends and family. TPA staff was also very cordial. Review on Sai Kripa Hospital I would like to give my review on the Sai Kripa Hospital of Malad East, wherein My wife was admitted for some reason and to increase the hospital bill proper investigation was not done and further due to negligence of hospital and Mrs. Ritu Jain who is also practicing in her own clinic (nearby hospital), the Condition got worst within 1 day, On emergency, I have to rush my wife to another hospital, with God grace she is okay now, but this may not be the case for everyone, hence better be safe and secure and avoid such money oriented and careless hospital.
Its a good hospital in malad east area.Dr.Sanjeev Dua is the best ,very humble and explains the procedure very nicely. the lady who handles billing and cashless mediclaim procedure is very helpful but some of the nurses are rude but again that is common in all hospitals.
Had a very good experience with Dr Sanjeev dua and Dr Prabhat Soni also special thanks to Ms Aishwarya as she made us understand the entire mediclaim process and makes it look so easy and also answered all our question related to it Also the staff from doctors to maids and even helper were all helpful, gentle and cooperative Very big thank you to everyone
