We are grateful to find a Doctor like Dr Ajay Bajaj here. Sai Hospital has competitive doctors and compassionate staff. I got my parents admitted in this hospital and in both cases the care provided by the hospital was good. Right the doctors to the nursing, maintenance, TPA, and other staff - the services provided are excellent. Also, it is one of the few hospitals in Haldwani that accepts Aayushman Card which is a blessing for the marginal section of the society.

My grandmother was admitted here whose treatment was going on under Dr. M c Joshi sir .I was very satisfied with the treatment she received. The doctors was very supportive and the staff was cooperative. One thing I liked very much about this hospital is that there is a home like atmosphere here, every day Management staff come and ask about all the things, out of which my grandmother liked the behavior of one madam from administration (Miss Pooja ma'am). .. Would definitely recommend this hospital for all your health needs.

The staff is good and courteous. There are excellent doctors for Cardiac and Neurological issues available in the hospital. It would be great if the hospital implemented a digital appointment system so that we don't have to wait in line when it is crowded. The number they have shared currently doesn't assure an appointment even after confirmation on WhatsApp. Overall, the services are great.

Worst experience. Poor management. Rude behaviour of assisting staff member. Ambience of this hospital is similar to sushila tiwari. N doctors are not evwn bothered to look upon patients. Better to go to rest best service care hospitals. Don't know why i came here n wasted my time n money was preferring subah hospital earlier

Poor management and fraud Dr.Alka Sati, my sister is taking treatment from this hospital and Dr. Alka Sati was Dr., she has treated till 8 months and asked for money, but on the time of delivery she told her that not to come here get the delivery done in another hospital, what kind of cheap lady is she? Don't know. God will see you.

Recently I took my mother to DR Mukesh Chandra Joshi who asked me to get some test and USG done at OM meenakshi diagnostic center and asked me to send the reports in WhatsApp however later I got to know that those test and Ultrasound can be done in Sai Hospital itself may be he is getting some comission out of it and I end up paying 500 rs extra to that center anyways when I sent those reports to the Doctor in WhatsApp he completely ignored it and there is no response from him. I don't know what sort of person is he he is just after your money people need to find some doctor who actually take care of his/ her Parents.

Thank you Dr. V s pangtey sir . Pangtey sir is a very good doctor ( surgeon) . He operated on my father for appendicitis . I am very greatfull for him. Thank you Dr. Pangtey sir. And the second things the ward staff ( ward 3 ) is also to good as well as the cleaning brother is too good Even after his hand was injured, he was doing his work well.And the canteen guy was also very nice and was entertaining the patients all the time. Thank you all of you. And pray that my father gets well soon.

Wrost experience I ever had, careless staffs careless doctors specially Pramod joshi and MC Joshi Their negligence, mistakes has killed many people till now, one of them is my father. This is not life saving hospital at all corrupt doctors everywhere pramod jsohi Mc joshi. Hospital need to change these kind of doctors and staffs and hire some good doctors and polite staff.
