Rooms are not hygienic. The food and tea served is also the worst of taste. The service staff argues with customer for no issues. Surprise is that they provide room at a rent of 1500 per day as said but when ur checking out they add an extra cost of rs 500 as per booking charges exclusive of room rent that to without prior information. Bathrooms are also not cleaned.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at Sai Guest House, and I must say it was a highly unsatisfactory experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment was far from the pleasant and comfortable stay I had anticipated. First and foremost, the staff at Sai Guest House were extremely unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. Their attitude towards guests was dismissive and unhelpful. I encountered several instances where my requests for assistance were met with indifference and neglect. It felt as though the staff were more interested in their own personal conversations than attending to the needs of the guests. The condition of the rooms was abysmal. My room was dirty and poorly maintained, with stains on the bedding and a lingering musty odor. The furniture was worn-out and shabby, giving an overall impression of neglect. The bathroom was in a dismal state, with cracked tiles, a malfunctioning shower, and uncleaned surfaces. It was clear that the management had not invested any effort in maintaining the rooms to a decent standard. Another significant issue was the noise level within the guest house. The walls were paper-thin, offering no sound insulation whatsoever. I was constantly disturbed by loud conversations and disruptive noises from neighboring rooms, which made it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep. It seemed as if there were no consideration for the comfort and tranquility of the guests. Additionally, the amenities promised by Sai Guest House were far from satisfactory. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, often dropping out or operating at a snail's pace. The television in the room had a limited selection of channels, and the picture quality was poor. The overall lack of attention to detail and subpar facilities made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay.

A very good place for lodging in Bhubaneshwar. The hotel complex upkeep is also very good

The owner was very rude. We booked the entire hotel for a wedding and in the last moment he started charging extra because he knew it was difficult to get booking 2 days before. He charged 1900rs for one room which we can get easily for 800rs also. When we tried to book in another nearby place, he went and told them not to let us stay.

You can't trust this place, very unfriendly, unethical behavior. We took it for our guest for marriage. But he started very awkward behavior and asking more money when guest arrived. So, unpredictable, you never know, when you got a shock from him...

Horrible behaviour of staff. Mosquitos were there more than the guests. Very rude staff, they almost denied us for everything and services an room according to the price in painful

It was such a delightful day to stay at the Guest House... The Manager is so helpful... The best person who keeps the place warm and just like your own home is the Cook. I was so lucky to be served by the way he cooks and serves !! You will never feel that you are staying in a guest house... You'll feel that you are at your own home. I gave a handsome tip to the Cook being so delighted with the way he worked. Will go and stay there itself if I go to Bhubaneshwar again.
