Sai Gourav Residence - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Location is nice of the property. But once you make a booking online and come for check in , you will understand the true nature of the caretakers of the property. I will share my experience - 1.I was supposed to check in at 11 . Room was not ready till 12 30. I was told room is being cleaned. And when you enter the room you will understand that room is poorly being maintained with stained bedsheets and leaking water taps. 2 . Room Ac is Split type. But the caretaker/ manager says it is centralised and refuses give a remote to control the temperature . When asked to reception reply is remote is lost. After due argument you will get a remote. 3. I had a complimentary welcome drink . Upon enquiry they will say you have to choose between mineral water bottle or welcome drink . I never knew mineral water bottle were also welcome drink I booked through #goibibo.

Hotel placed in best location & nice view when you are inside. All staffs are well behaved & cooperative, they are keeping the room neat & clean. Owner also a nice person ...if you are a foodie then they have the best restaurant on rooftop. Foods & beverages are toothsome made by chef with affordable price..

This is the best hotel. The ambiance of hotel is very good. Hotel is clean also. And there staffs are also good

Average rooms, Need lot of maintenance also cost is bit High....Location is not very near to any Market

highlight of the hotel is behaviour of hotel manager mr Dhirendra who look after hotel and customers efficientely and extended cooperation to customer in all aspect.Really he is caring person. in my openion he is the man who run the hotel brilliantly.otherwise rooms are average class and bathroom having oper drainage. I will allot markas as under.1.staff behavior specially mr Dhirendra 5/5, room 3/5 and bath room2/5 marks. Thanks to Mr Dhirendra for his cooperation. without his coperation nobody will prefer to stay this average rooms.i stayed here with my husband for 3 days from 2nd to 5 th nov 2022. Rani singh

One of the worst hotel in the city ....A hotel which allow unmarried couple but does't allow brother sister family... Misbehaviour from the management...very bad experience.

Not all happy with quality of rooms at ground floor. Ceiling have damp in corener room. Even in mirror. Bee sheets had stains even aftet replacement bedsheets with stains were provided. Towels also seemed dirty with stains whoch claimed to be clean.

I like to stay in this hotel . The food was very nice and tasty. Our train timing was night at 12:00 and we have done check out at 10:00 am then also they provide us room to stay till our train timing. I like this hotel very much. I think the people come to bhuvneshwar they should stay in this hotel. This hotel is v.nice I like it and I hope the people who is reading this massage they will also like it . Thank u
