Hall 1 is much bigger than the hall 2, both the halls are good and spacious.

Pros : 1. Hall is big and seating is good. 2. One can have additional guest room's outside the hall premises by paying additional cost for the room. 3. Dining area is good and is right behind the main hall. It helps very elderly people who cannot climb the stairs. Cons: 1. Bathrooms are very very poorly maintained. Guests were complaining about the bathrooms. Even the bathrooms in the allotted room's needs to be upgraded as they are very old. 2. The rooms have window A/C's and they are very old. One had to physically go to the A/C unit and turn it off. Management should upgrade them. 3. There are hundreds of mosquitoes in the guest rooms. Couldn't sleep in the night. Management do not even provide the blankets despite charging hefty amounts from customers.

Wide open area this function hall is. Multiple halls and a lot of parking are available. The whole place is air conditioned and has a separate dining area behind each hall. Pricing as well is competitive.

No AC! No AC! Eventhough they say it is AC function hall Its just an air blower which makes the whole hall humid and sticky. Many big fans on the walls doesn't oscillate either and some seating rows are even worst with no air flow at all. Its a nightmare during the whole event even with small crowd too. The management knows all problems and they don't care and act as if they are trying to fix them. Many random people(nearly 50) come and eat the food without permission. Overall we don't recommend it. Stay away from this worst hall.

Most useless lady manager .she is having mental problem. While booking they will talk some thing and while taking money they add more. they will not give receipt for your payment. They will do catering also with high cost. if you bring out side catering contractor ,you will see hell there. flower decoration cost is 50% more than out side. Please see other alternatives for your children marriage.

Halls for social events, typically weddings. Spacious. Offer catering. Ample parking. We'll designed stage to perform rituals, with a room at either end, which makes it easier to keep things and seat persons involved in the rituals. The guests can watch the proceedings, in the hall, getting an unobstructed view. The toilet block needs renovation. The hall is air-conditioned, so also the banquet area.

Sai Gardens situated at nacharam has multiple function halls. The one what I attended is Function Hall#2. This is good witha capacity of 400. One improvement area is, they must work on renovation of guest rooms. Rest is adequate

Hall is very spacious. Car parking available. Easy to navigate. Service is at top most best service. Management is superb. Greenery, best place for selfies. LCD screen display available for back sitters in the hall.
