Good place with no traffic. DMRC office also there. One issue there are no food stalls near sai corporate park . So working people have to travel a little bit for lunch or snacks . At some distance from sai corporate park there are some food stalls and good restaurants for lunch , dinner, snacks etc. So, for working people there are some food stalls at some distance.

Best place in patna for corporates as this is the only place where decent corporate offices can be set up in patna ,as any other corporate park is not available in patna. It is having 2 block 6 floors each and housing company likes tata ,itc,honda,metro,idbi,hero in its premises. Parking space is good but will be concern if it cant be increased as per requirement in future. Lots of eateries in near by like bikaner,atm is in proximity,for entire patna you can get auto from here. Patna station is 10 km from here ,airport 3.5 km,danapur station 7 km,patliputra station 2km. Location wise safe and secure ,cleaniness also quite good.

Sai corporate park is the best IT hub in Bihar having offices of all the leading companies in its premises. Sai corporate park is also very convenient as it lies on the Bailey road which is one of the busiest road in Patna. Airport and railway stations are also within 5kms. We need to have more such centres in Patna. Finally I can say Sai corporate park is the best it park in patna.

Good corporate office in patna bailey road. Most of the office like vodafone and airtel are there. Located just beside the main road.

Newly build place nice and clean away from noise. Great place to work.

Hello Tata, Your Ananya Auto Saguna More is making fool of customer. I have given my car for insurance claim and they have stolen my car key cover and car key chain. no body is answering about it. How cheap .... This was my first experience with TATA motors as for the first time we bought any TATA vehicle. truly a pathetic service provider. I giving one star as I do not have option to give negative rating other wise i would have given you and your Ananya auto negative ranking. Look into customer's satisfaction and be customer centric company instead of making fool of the customers.
