It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Looking at the price vis-a-vis the location, it is the best. I hope that the food price can be made reasonable, so that it will be an added advantage to the customers. Instead of going outside, they can order in the room itself. Looking forward to stay there again.
If you are looking for convenience in terms of catching train from BHUBANESWAR railway station then this hotel is closest to Platform number 1 Bhubaneswar Railway station in this category of hotel. There are expensive hotel next to this hotel which is 20 meters closer to Railway station. Room cleaning service is good, they clean the room, change the towels and bedsheets daily. Rooms are pretty decent, a bit clean and spacious in this category of hotel. Bathroom is spacious too but the commode is not branded and it's design is very ancient. Giving 3 stars because these people don't believe in "do not disturb" the customers concept. Every now and then one person rings the door bell for any kind of service we might need. This person is always eager to get inside the room. After ringing the door bell this person doesn't wait at the door, hr just tries to open the door and tries to get inside the room. If you haven't locked the room from inside, this person comes directly inside the room. He has somewhat childish mentality and behavior because he is very curious all the time and sneaks into all our luggage and asks lots of questions about our belongings. The door bell is so loud that some elderly person might get an attack.
All rooms are mostly dirty, room service is very bad. Bad behaviour of the receptionist . Food is also not up to the mark as per the price is taken. Room rent is also high comparison to other hotels.
The room is okay for a price of 1600. The service was a bit poor. They don't give blankets and don't supply clean water to rooms regularly.
Lot of people had negative reviews, but we had a good time there. Comfortable spacious rooms, in house restaurant, hot water etc. The plus point is that it is 200 metres walking from the railway station. A good budget hotel

1.The behaviour of lady receptionist is horrible. 2.The hotel lift is not working 3.The towels are dirty like anything 4. The food menu is full of mistakes,most of the items are not available. 5.The kitchen staffs dropped your call before listening your order. 6.The room floor's are damp,no any basic amenities are provided by the hotel. Overall a bad hotel in the locality.
