Hotel is awesome and room service too.. the waiters are very much active and always standing for any assistance. Specially the waiters in restaurants they treat you like a family or a special guest. Food is so delicious and awesome. Worth to spend the money on this hotel. Loved the hotel and service.
First of all, the contact number they have in their website says "I don't work there nowadays ". Then you need to ask for a welcome drink , and the Manager won't acknowledge your thank you. A bad experience with the room booked through Balmer Lawrie. The toilet flush didn't work for two nights and everytime the person came for repairs will say, he has done. Finally on third day the room was changed. Food was okay, definitely not excellent.
We had nice stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast n dinner available. Food is good. Highly recommended
Hotel was excellent and enjoyed the overall stay at the hotel for three days. The best part is the food provided for dinner. Only improvement area is the towels kept in the room which were little untidy. Location is just near the dal lake and service provided to specially by Firdaus was excellent. Definitely suggest for stay if you are planning for Srinagar.
Best service in hotel Sahara Grand hill. Special thanks for junaid and all staff but one things they have to improve is ventilation of washroom not there. Overall gud service.
If you are planning to visit Kashmir and wish to stay near dal lake, this should be your place to stay. Amazing in every way possible. Walking distance from dal lake and you get complimentary breakfast as well.
Food is good here. Location is best. Food place is small so gets crowded easily. Would have helped if they had heaters provided in the rooms.
