It didn't quite capture the essence that makes Sagar Ratna renowned. One notable downside was the delayed service, causing an inconvenience during our dining experience. The tardiness affected the overall enjoyment of the meal. The staff, unfortunately, seemed mostly indifferent towards guests. Their lack of attentiveness was noticeable and somewhat detracted from the overall dining atmosphere. However, considering the limited dining options in the vicinity facing similar issues, Sagar Ratna in AMR Mall remains a viable choice for a meal in Katra. In comparison to other local restaurants, it holds its ground, offering a dining experience at par with the norm in the area. Yet, it's essential to acknowledge that when juxtaposed with the high standards typically associated with the Sagar Ratna chain, this particular outlet falls short. If you're looking for the quintessential Sagar Ratna experience, this might not be the ideal destination. Nevertheless, within the context of Katra's dining scene, Sagar Ratna in AMR Mall can still provide a decent meal.

Pathatic food. Very poor quality food. Had to send back couple of order as the food was bad and stale. Totally not edible. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want to get sick then you may visit here.

It was just ok. There are better options available like Nathu's. The dishes didn't have the same taste as you have in Sagar Ratna in other parts of North India. We only liked the dosa and golgappe.

Dosa & idli sambhar are super duper tasty. They do maintain their quality, taste & standards regularly in proper way. Don't forget to try filter coffee in the last. Strong recommendation for south indian brothers and sisters.

Went here to dine while in katra. The food was average in taste. Overall a nice experience.

I ordered curd rice, the consistency of the item was watery which it should not be. Too sour and smelly. I returned to correct it but again got the same. Very poor quality South Indian food. And the staff was arguing with me to justify their mistake.

Ambiance is pleasant and service is good. However I was disappointed with the sambar served with dosa.

Worst staff you can experience. Early morning at 8.35 am also speaks in such a rude way. Food also we tried day before yesterday and is okay not bad but okay. But extremely sad staff. One who wears blue colour uniform shirt.
