SaffronStays Reva Infinity & Beyond - Group accommodation in Karjat, Gaulwadi - Raigad, India

Beautiful place. Rooms weren't that great but it was clean even the washrooms were clean. We booked 4 cottages. We had a great time in the pool. There is a river near the pool. You can click a lot of pictures over here. Staff is friendly. Food is amazing.

We stayed in the 4 cottages (spacious, could have been better maintained - had cobwebs, broken toilet seat, mild odour from blanket), gave us good privacy while enjoying the pool. The food was was well prepared and tasty & the staff helpful. The big turn off is the pricing - be it for the stay or the food...just way too high for it to priced as a luxurious property with mediocre amenities (9k per day per cottage with no inclusions and 700 rupees to simple dinner is high). On the whole it's a good place to chill with friends especially in this revenge travel season .

Currently staying for past 3 nights. This place IS NOT CHILD FRIENDLY. SNAKE near stairs of river. The river water is dirty and trash floats. Hospitality is ABSOLUTE ZERO. staff is the LEAST cooperative I've ever seen through Airbnb. Food taste is below average. They're not even capable of providing hot milk for my 11month old for early morning around 6. The staff bluntly denies they can't do so. Staying here you have to follow the staff and do thing's at their time. Bedsheet and pillow covers were shabby. Food they forgot to cook non veg we had requested over WhatsApp, rather said we're offering you veg rice and noodles so have that. Bathroom basin leaking In short: Expensive low quality food. Not infant friendly. Rules and rules to live by Unprofessional staff Staff leaves at 10 and back at 7.30 so have your dinner and breakfast accordingly just like any commercial hotel. NEVER RECOMMEND.

Went there for a team outing, the rooms are super large and spacious with two double beds, the dining area overlooks the pool on one side and the river on the other. Great place during monsoons although gets very hot during the day. Large property

Worst experience ever, 0 service , 0 facilities. every time staff complain about not availability of stuff. Food were very bad. Bad management. Property is owned by someone and saffron is only gave there towel to that property not a single service and anything. Just they take overprice money from customers by giving name of saffron stays. Ridiculous experience and saffron is spoiled there name by providing this type of villa with very very high price. They are allowing 12 people at home and dnt even have sofas to sit for 12 people. They serve this quantity food and say we serve you 10 plates and all. We have a tea at 4 and at 5;30 to 6 our cups remains on same place. Inshorts i can say worst experience. We have a lots of expectations from saffron but they are spoiled there image by giving this type of services. We were there to enjoy our vacation but its more problems then relaxations as acs and fans are even not working.

This place has 2 properties. 1 . Reva Beyond:- consits of a villa with 6 bedrooms and private pool 2. Reva Infinity:- consists of 4 separate cottages side by side with infinity pool beside the river We had booked the Infinity. The cottages are very spacious and contains 2 double beds in each cottages. The infinity pool is the highlight of this property. Its a large pool and is just by the river side. They have beach chairs by the pool and other seating arrangements by the river. They also have carroms, table tennis and foosball for entertainment. The rooms have a damp feeling. Each beds can easily accommodate 4ppl. The A/C in cottage 3 was not working. Dining area is common for both the properties, the dishes the chefs make are amazing. The chefs try max to deliver the additional requests from the guests. Considering the location, full board (4 course) price of 1600 for non veg and 1400 for veg is okay as there are no restaurants nearby Guests of both the properties are not allowed to visit the other properties which gives us our privacy

Firstly a week before we were to check in they called us and told us that a new bungalow has been launched within the property and that it would be occupied by other guests. We had booked the property for 5 nights for the exclusivity it would offer us. But is was a nuisance to have other guests. I think totally unprofessional to not let guests know in advance of before booking of such situations Secondly the property is poorly managed. The rooms were not clean. The common area was dirty with empty biscuit wrappers and banana peels strewn in. We have booked with saffron stays many times and expected a basic level of hygiene and cleanliness. Not much was done despite multiple complaints The 2 things that worked was the tasty food ( thanks to the chef) and the pool which has a good view. Otherwise one expects better from a company like saffron stays.

WORST EXPERIENCE! Toilet and bathroom was very unclean. Bedsheets had *stains & stray hair* strewn all over and were probably unchanged after the previous guests left. Staff was uncooperative,except for Shreeram, he was the only one running around trying to help. Also, the same people who supposedly clean the rooms serve food. GET THE ROOMS CLEANED IF YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE US PAY FULL AMOUNT IN ADVANCE!!!!
