The Best Government Hospital in Jamshedpur totally maintained with all medical requirements like ecg X ray ultrasound patho lab TB Lab etc. all the doctors staffs and sisters are polite and work in friendly manner. The people's belong to poverty and also for middle class this hospital is just like a boon.

I visited today for my severe chest pain which happened due to accidental injury. Initially at entrance at COVID test the staff was really rude and harsh. Here people don't have any kind of discipline or manner how to behave or help the patients coming over here. Secondly, when I was assigned to a doctor at OPD room no 2. I was asked for BP checkup and upon that he just wrote high Blood Pressure tablets names and told I should start taking BP medications. However, my BP was normal as checked based on manual mercury based device and on digital device it's was showing different. This had happened already earlier and my Blood pressure is absolutely normal. Doctor don't even bother what an issue a patient is suffering from. Either someone lady sitting over here is asking or patient is only trying to say about the problem. I was having a severe pain in my chest still I had to wait here in queue without any reason. I had to forcefully tell to doctor why he is suggesting high BP tablets where my BP is normal and he's not consulting about my actual medical issue. Then he realized he should ask, and he gave me reply because of BP issue I am getting pain. Question is I was there after the injury and why such irrelevant suggestion by doctor without diagnosing anything at all. Upon my request he referred to X-ray. That's it. On X-Ray report he found nothing and again another unacceptable reply of having Gas issue may be. Being a patient, I myself had to request his suggestion what next if X-ray is not figuring anything out. On continuous queries he told CT Scan and then MRI. Moreover these two diagnostic services are not there in hospital. I have to search own my own where these can be done outside. If I talk about pharma service, hardly there are any medicines available. All required medicines are not available at counter. We asked even other patients in queue asked the same question, the staff rudely replied and told if you want medicine go outside and search and buy on yourself. Another experience, every patients are outside the Doctor cabin standing in queue. On asking why doctor is not at all investigating any patient's problem or why any patients are not allowed to show what a patient is going through. It's told "CORONA HO JAEGA"... but to whom. Every patients were initially tested with COVID test in the entrance, shared the results and after that only patients are allowed to enter the hospital. But here special doctor consultation service available only for staff or X staff. One lady nurse/staff came and entered taking another lady inside who's may be X staff(as the working staff introduced her to doctor). That outsider was allowed to consult with doctor and even doctor was too supportive for them. Well.... what wrong normal citizen did who are now a patient and visiting the Doctor to get treated???? Overall I am very much upset with this hospital's Doctor consulting service which I had today. They don't even bother how critical or severe your issue is or why a patient is in the hospital. I believe unless a doctor is going to consult purely patients are not gonna cured anyway. feeling like Doctor is not here for treating or curing anyone properly whereas he is here to create a list of how many patients visited to him. That's it. If I say about other services Staffs ...are good somewhat (like X-ray), Hospital cleaning service is good and Canteen service is yes it's good.

I want to give 0 rating but no option. They don't provide good facility. they are not keeping proper care of a paitent. My paitent is admitted there for corona treatment.Oxgyen in his cylinder is over and he's keep on asking the staffs to change the cylinder but nobody is responding. What a worst service this hospital is providing no safety for the patient lifes. They don't even bother about the seriousness of someone's life. And the doctor don't know to talk with the paitent or with the paitents relatives. doctors are so rude. They don't use proper language to talk to the paitents or with their family members. One of the dr. was rude to my family member the dr. used this words "Mere chhati me chad ke nachege kya". What kind of a language is this. The administors should take action against the doctor and the staffs.
