Overall service is ok. But i purchased a lenovo laptop from them. Very disappointed with the performance. I do very basic work on it but it still struggles. Just now in one hour I had to shut my laptop 5 times and restart 5 times. Now its is working properly. My previous acer laptop which is 10-12 years old would work faster.
