Rudraksha Multidimensional Yoga Studio - Yoga studio in Nainital, Naina Range - Nainital, India

I have been in and out of yoga since the age of 8 when my dad introduced me to it. Up until my session I thought yoga was only about stretching and poses but after my session with Shubham I realised how delicate it's geometry is. I had a much better understanding of the role and function of each posture, it's duration, repetitions and other kriyas. To my surprise I was able to perform this 'Sutra Kriya' which I had considered as an extremist's play before my session. On my second day I wouldn't say I had perfected it but I was able to do it somehow - it was a start! It was really interesting to see how these kriyas, breathing exercises and yoga postures are all tied up in a nutshell for overall welfare! Strongly recommend them! Great clarity and patience.

While we were staying at Bara Bungalow Ghetia we did yoga classes everyday taught by Shubham. as we enjoyed our first class so much we did a session every day. Shubham was extremely professional and explained things very clearly. He is a great yoga teacher and we looked forward to our classes every morning.
