Well behaved staff. But nurses should be well trained with intracath. And refund process should be fast. . Regarding treatment it is very smooth and very well care is taken. Overall very good experience and much recommended because doctors are very well experienced and they will explain you everything. Very minimum casualties. . Just hospital have to work on refund policy and nurses experience.. .

Visited Ruby hall clinic emergency dept with chest complaint. Doctor promptly performed all required diagnosis. In OPD, consulted Dr. PK Grant. He advised a few tests. Everything was done within few hours. Reports came normal. Dr. advised some simple medication. A good hospital with polite and supportive staff. .

Best hospital in Pune. My father had heart bypass surgery here and all facilities were amazing. Doctors and other supporting staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Hospital has maintained cleanliness. The staff here has 0 internal coordination. My father underwent a surgery here and on the day of discharge, we were told that the whole procedure won't take long. It started well with the surgeon visiting him for the final checkup. She gave an affirmative mentioning that no dressing is needed. After that it was a total waste of time. A nurse came to the room asking for the dressing equipment. We arranged for it. After 2 hours, we were told that no dressing is required. Again, lac of communication. The file was not sent to CGHS billing department, despite several reminders. At the billing section, I got the typical answer, meNddm lNclaa gelyaa aahet. It turned out that her signature was not required at all! Once the dues were cleared (you get to know this when you visit them), I was given the necessary documents and this whole procedure took around 5 and a half hours! One star is only for the senior doctors here, it's because of them, that this hospital is able to maintain its reputation.

My father was admitted and our experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. - The nurses in C-Male ward, returned medications without discussing. (did not give us any understanding of the medications when the discharge was given by our specialist. mama the ward boy showed me the basket of medicine from distance and said 'this is what we are returning', unfortunately I was not aware of the process and said node saying 'ok') - No medications were left that needed for continuation of care, and when the discharge summary came we realised all the medications were returned. - and we left with extra medications that we didn't need - the pharmacy also didn't take it back. - Nurse was checking google for explaining us medications
