So day before yesterday (friday) I and my mom visted the store at R. P Road Secunderabad, I went to check on the clothes in women section. The lady who was showing us the dress didn't seem much interested and was shouting on us just because we were not buying as we didn't like that collection (we didn't visit to waste our time nor someone else's) when we asked to show something else she was least interested and asked other person to show in a rude manner. we really felt disrespected and disappointed with what we wenr through and had to leave. You can check CCTV footage - 1st floor Friday around 7.30 PM-9.00 PM (As I don't remember exact time) Is this what your customer service is all about?? I am never and ever going to visit your showroom and will inform my family and friends to avoid. I was regular customer but thanks for such a bad service, when you can't respect the customers we don't want to vist ever. Atleast give proper training to your staff.
Good place to buy clothes. So many offers and varieties they have. Weekends as usual are crowded however weekdays if you go they will show you good collections. Staff is grounded, so they have lot of patience to show the garments. Overall good experience.
