The property is like 3 stars. It's a new one. Service was too slow. The room service was like I ordered dinner at 8PM and got food around 10PM. That too after following up for 10-15 times. In that I personally had to go down to the reception area. What I had understood was that they are normally busy serving the restaurant customers. The food and quality was good. Behaviour is really polite.
A great hotel, its new and the service is great, I asked my non-mizo friends to stay there and they were quite happy with the place, the parking is great and food is reasonably priced (looking at you Hotel Floria). The service is also quick and security is there 24/7. The great part of it all is that is quite easy to locate.
