Royal Villa Jaisalmer - Hotel in Jaisalmer - Jaisalmer, India

The hotel is located very close to the fort. The fort view from the roof of the hotel is memorizing. Rooms were clean and all required aminities were available. We stayed here for three nights and from welcome to see off, the owner litarelly treated us like his own guest. The staffs are very humble and well mannered.

*Pathetic experience, they will find the reason to charge extra at any point, owner and owner's son behaviour is very rude, they will not allow you to leave hotel before checking room properly and check nothing is stolen from room, lastly you can't negotiate with them at anything they will also charge if guest come to meet you for couple of hours for this also they will charge from you, if you asked for waiver they will threaten you to pay additional cost before leaving, early check in is totally not acceptable, they will only allow you early check in if you agree to pay them extra cost, greedy owner and owner's son. *Two different rooms have common bathroom ventilation, you will always hear from other side of bathroom noice in your room also. *Strongly not recommended for female to stay here in this hotel, bathroom have open vent which is not safe for female to stay here. *The only thing which is good here is food, it's taste will similar to homemade food, you will find good quality and quantity of food there. Most of the 5 review are fake. Same goes to Royal Havel Hotel, both are managed by same owner. (02/November/2023) Owner is cleverly diverted real review to a fake review, He seriously know what wrong he have done, he pretended himself to be inosent but he is greedy person.

One of the best family hotel in Jaisalmer. Build with golden stones with rooftop fort view restaurant. The food quality is good and the staff are very welcoming.

Best Haveli Hotel in Jaisalmer with great rooms which are neat and clean the washrooms are hygiene. They also have a Roof-Top Restaurant, Zaffran Restaurant & Cafe Jaisalmer, which have both food options of Vegetarian & Non- Vegetarian with great Jaisalmer Fort View. Highly recommended for Couples & Families.

Room was very neat and clean..hotel Is near by Jaisalmer fort..food was very tasty in zaffron restaurant..it is top floor restaurant..the staff was very friendly.they gave good service for us.i highly recommended to stay in royal villa hotel with affordable price ..it is located near railway station up to 2km distance..
