It's a lodge, don't expect anything fancy Budget place to stay with decent rooms AC was working, hot water in bathroom and room was average Owner is not rude, neither staff had bad behaviour Owner was helpful and keep ur mind open if your going with your friends and on budget then it's good place For family or couple depends on your preference Beach is 1.5km from this place

It's one of the most pocket friendly hotels you'll find in Daman, rooms are clean and of moderate size, Devka Beach is nearest to this place at about 3 KM. We had a great stay there.

The hotel is no where close to the beach, it's very isolated and not at all safe for friends and family as the owner along with the staff is very Rude and Arrogant. They charge you extra money on the day you reach the hotel so that you get no other option and if you don't pay they will rudely ask you to leave which happened with us. Also, they offer no kitchen service, charged us 500/- to use the stinky bathroom where you will not be alone, the bathroom has cockroaches giving you company, have absolutely no knowledge about hospitality, looks like the only good reviews have come from the family members and his own friends cos there is absolutely nothing good with the Royally screwed up Royal Villa... Won't recommend it to anyone as there are plenty of good options available in Daman at a very good cost - this guy will definitely screw and ruin your mood and money. Please don't ever visit.

The villa owner was very rude. We booked the villa with advance payment. He must have found some other guests with some extra money. The owner forced to leave the premises in heavy rain. Also, deducted INR 500 for using bathroom. Used abusive language on us. Please don't book this place. You have better options around same budget.

Ruined our trip to Daman, this is how it all went - 1) We booked the trip almost 8-10 days in advance, all the rates, check-in timings and stay arrangements were agreed upon and we made part-payment as a form of booking amount 2) Just a day before our trip, the owner calls and says they will be charging INR 500.00 extra per room, we still agreed 3) Few of friends reach ahead of time on the day of the trip, pay around 80% of the amount so that we can get at least 01 room to freshen up 4) Few hours and the rest of the entire friends arrive, but the owner would not hand over any remaining keys demanding to finalize the payment 5) Owner starts using abusive language and calling names to all the group members, starts threatening, forces us to leave premises Caused so much of inconvenience that the entire trip was ruined for all the group members. I will not recommend this place. Even if you do, for some reason, please do not be surprised for the owner's greedy and rude behavior.

Poor service, One of our friends gave his I-Card to finish the procedure and get the key. we took the luggage and went for a quick rest as we were tired after a long drive. The owner asked for the IDs of all members, our friend told us we'll give the ID later, but the owner came back to the room and asked for all IDs as if we were running away. Also the flush in the washroom wasn't powerful.

This place was pathetic in my experience. Owner from the beginning of the booking had been arrogant and had rude behavior. With no intimation even after paying the booking amount we were asked to pay more. When tried to clarify, owner and staff were too rude and started arguing aggressively, threatening all the people and asking us to get out of the premises for no reason. Even after paying the entire amount, just to use washroom we were asked to make the extra payment immediately which is so far the most pathetic customer service. Would really not recommend this place at all. There are so many other options in daman. This is really not a safe place to plan your stay.
