We have stayed at dozen of hotels in This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need . Excellent property and very convenient to reach being on highway itself. Sraff from front desk to Restaurant, Room Service are extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Overall, I had a great experience with the Royal Tulip .The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for family stay for weekend gateway or long vacation, highly recommend......

Wonderful Leisure location for a wanderer like me. Snow capped mountain view from its room will never let you leave your window chair alone. Good people good food very good location. Will love visiting time and again.

I am a tourist that has been to many hotels over several countries in the past decade and, I have never experienced this problem ever in any hotel. I was on a road trip from Chandigarh up to Shimla and, I had an overnight layover at Royal Tulip. I was exuberant to stay in a hotel with a pool and a play area ( I just love hotels overall ). I was very tired from 4 hours of transportation and took sleep at 7 pm. At 3 am I woke up to a large party nextdoor at room 309 and it was very loud. I could not sleep and my headache was still there. A scent of smoke in a Non-smoking hotel??? My body was not in the mood to smell smoke and, I threw up in the sink. 20 minutes later I went to the toilet and threw up again. Throwing up twice in the matter of 20-25 minutes. Until 4, they stopped and I was sleeping in peace until 7. I woke up with me and my grandfather to tell the manager about our situation. He accepted our problem and apologized while also giving free croissants and muffins :). Service was okay ( thanks for the pack of sweets ) Location was excellent as the mountains were a stunning view from our room. Room was very bad as smoke seeped through to my and my grandparents room (mostly mine) Loved the hotel but didnt have a good time.

It is one of the luxurious hotel in Kufri and is located in the prime location. It is located on the National Highway and it has 5-6 floors. They have ample space to organise functions and parties but you need advance booking for it. Many people book it for marriages as well. Apart from that you will have many rooms available to stay here. They have a huge terrace where you can have many fun activities within the hotel premises. In addition to it their housekeeping, restaurant and other staff is very down to earth and cooperative. They have a very reasonable price of rooms compared to the location and services offered to you. Also their rooms are coming with attached balconies and rooms are huge and luxurious. If you plan to visit Kufri, i would say you should stay here and just 200-300 meters away you will find Kufri Adventure resort as well where you will find n number of sports activities available for kids and young ones.

We had high hopes from hotel, but the experience has been OK OK. Hotel is old and is not a well planned, there are no or very less lights, The way to rooms above 5th floor is like Bhool Bhulaiya and no one to guide. Rooms are spacious but the AC/Heater are of old age. Overall the property experience was OK, the good was really good.

All in all, our stay was a truly enchanting experience. The serene location, breathtaking views, comfortable rooms, and delicious food made for an unforgettable retreat. Perfect stay for summer vacation for a break.. Excellent property in KUFRI.. huge terrace (didn't expect in hilly terrain.) .Temperature controlled swimming pool. Supporting and humble staff ..

This was our first visit to Himachal. This hotel was best of the bestests. The room ambiance, the hygiene, the quality of food were all above my expectation. More over the hotel staff was so courtesious. The hospitality was amazing. Specially I wud like to mention the services of Ma'm Vanita, Ma'm Deepika, Ma'm Manju and Mr.Vikram.
