Kufri Adventure Park - Adventure sports in Kufri - Shimla, India

This place is a rip-off! It also has the potential of being dangerous or causing an accident. From the moment you arrive it is absolute chaos with many men touting for business. We do not speak Hindi so there was also a language barrier. It is not clear what you are getting for your money. The pony ride is about 15 minutes long up a steep, boulder strewn dusty path. There are hundreds of ponies who are not treated well, being constantly whipped (one had a rock thrown at it). 1/2 way up you have to pay a small fee, not sure what for. At the top you pay again and there are no signs to the apple garden, zip line or whatever else you were promised. It is an amateur chaotic shambles of food/souvenir tents. Poor yaks are standing the day long with no food for paid photo opportunities. You can't even look at the view without having to pay. The apple garden is laughable being down a steep, dusty uneven path. It's pathetic and in late November there are no leaves or apples on the trees. The zip wire is also here but is only a short distance and isn't very safe. To go back you to need to ascend the dusty steep path but there are money grabbing drivers who charge the earth to take you back up. Even the temple is shut and fenced off. And given it's a long drive from Shimla, why bother? It's a classic case of locals milking what little they have to make a quick buck. Be warned, the descent on the pony is a scary, dangerous event, the man guiding our ponies down was a complete nutter whose only thought was to get down as quickly as possible in order to pick up the next punters. Be warned.

Osm place to enjoy views . You can enjoy many snow activity here . Winter time is best to visit this place

Its OKish place. Dont take all activities like ghost tunnel, 5D and all. Only take that Gocart for couple. That is worth driving and having fun. The other Adventure parks are better than this. This is less crowded. The views are best from here.

Great mix of indoor and outdoor activities suited for all ages with buggies for transfers (located on a hill slope makes it arduous for small kids and elderly), good views as well from outdoor activities area.

Worthless tourist place where you will end up wasting your precious time and money. The rides are best suited for young kids and the charges are sky high. One should definitely avoid going hear and try to visit & do photography at other calm place if they can find one near or in Shimla!

It was fun experience i enjoyed a lot specially weather . Food was also good . And rides were fun . We enjoyed clicking pics there

Only worth going incase of ice. Not worth going without ice. Horse riding is terrible, Whole way stinks And lot's of dust in the way Fully commercialized Good open view But commercialized space took away whole beauty.
